You may also include a personalised message, such as a congratulatory note, recipient's name, or even title to make your gift even more meaningful.

Please provide your logo in high-resolution format (preferably AI. EPS, or PNG), and our team will assist with placement and proofing before production.

Q: How long is the production time?

A standard production time is 7-10 working days after artwork confirmation.
For smaller orders (1-5 pieces), we can usually complete them within 2-3 working days

If your order is urgent, feel free to let us know, we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Q: Can we customize the gift box?

Most of our products come with a standard premium hardboard gift box. For bulk orders, we offer customisation on the box cover, such as printing your company logo.

Our team will assist with logo placement and provide a visual mock-up before production.
